September General Membership meeting |
The next General Membership meeting will be September 16, 2008. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm (1900 hrs), new members are asked to arrive 30 minutes early. Location: GRRC Red Shed, 5180 450th St. Harris, MN 55032. There will be a September board meeting 7:00 pm (1900 hrs) September 15, 2008 at Kraus-Hartig VFW Spring Lake Park MN.

August 31- All Club Family Picnic/Potluck |
Join us at the Red Shed Sunday, August 31 for the All Club Picnic/Potluck. 1000 to 1400 hrs. Bring your family. GRRC will provide roast beef, roast pork and buns, soft drinks and dinnerware. Please bring a dish or two to share: casseroles, salads, and desserts are sure fire hits. All ranges close at noon. Questions? Dave Anderson and Tom Torborg are your contacts.

Review of Membership Records Continues |
The ongoing task of reviewing all membership records still continues. Because more records have been found, the years of 2005 thru 2007 have now been reviewed for completeness of all required membership documentation – i.e. Minnesota Permit to Purchase, NRA membership and the GRRC Range Tour with your sponsor.
There are several members who will be receiving, or have already received letters from the GRRC Secretary indicating that their permanent GRRC membership records are missing one or more of these documents. Keep your membership current, by complying with that request to bring your records up to date. Please follow the directions in your letter and supply the items as requested. Thanks again for all of your help with this immense task of bringing our membership records and information forward into 2008.
